Refund Policy – Dreamys Business Solution

Applies to: https://watsappbuddy.co.in and all services provided by Dreamys Business Solution (including WhatsApp Buddy)

1. 7-Day Refund Window

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Therefore, we offer a limited 7-day refund policy from the date of your original purchase.

✅ Refunds are available ONLY IF:

  • You request a refund within 7 calendar days of the purchase date.

  • You have not violated our Terms & Conditions (e.g., no spam, no abuse of our platform).

  • The refund request is for a first-time purchase of a service (not for renewals or add-ons).

❌ No refunds will be issued:

  • After 7 days from the purchase date (strictly enforced).

  • For subion renewals (monthly or annual) – you must cancel before the renewal date.

  • For setup fees, customization work, or one-time consulting services that have already been delivered.

  • If you were suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sending spam via WhatsApp Buddy).

  • For partial usage of a billing cycle (e.g., requesting a refund 15 days into a 30-day month).

2. How to Request a Refund (Within 7 Days)

To request a refund within the 7-day window, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via email at: [Insert your email – e.g., support@watsappbuddy.co.in]

  2. Subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID/Email]"

  3. Include in your email:

    • Full name used on the account

    • Registered email address

    • Date of purchase

    • Reason for refund request (optional but appreciated)

  4. Wait for confirmation. We will respond within 3–5 business days.

3. Processing Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment gateways.

4. No Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for:

  • Unused portions of a subion.

  • Early termination of a service.

  • Downgrading from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle.

If you wish to cancel your subion, you may do so at any time, but you will continue to have access until the end of your current paid period (no money back for remaining days).

5. Exceptions (No Refund Even Within 7 Days)

Despite the 7-day window, we reserve the right to deny a refund if:

  • We detect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy (e.g., repeated refund requests across multiple accounts).

  • You have already received and used a significant portion of the service (e.g., sent over 1,000 WhatsApp messages through our platform).

  • The service was clearly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase (e.g., custom integrations, one-time setup).

6. Cancellation vs. Refund
